NOW I HAVE SPENT 20 MINUTES LOOKING FOR THE CORRECT SITE, BUT WHERE IN THE WORLD IS IT? I THINK WHOEVER COMPOSED THIS SITE SURELY IS THE SAME PERSON WHO DECIDED WE NEED TO CALL INDIA TO GET SUPPORT, BUT NEGELECTED TO TRAIN THE INDIA TECHS TO LEARN THE BASICS OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

I agree with all your comments: unfriendly web site, I've been trying for 45 minutes to figure our how to get registered. I was on the phone for 1 3/4 hours last night with India and didn't get a resolution on a TOTALLY HP SUPPORT error (they sent my laptop back from Support with a 32bit instead of my 64bit O/S.... but they can't resolve that. Completely unacceptable "support"
