"HP Warranty Not Applicable" on the Contact Support Page

Hello, I've tried contacting support for technical questions, having registered my laptop, and this is what I get. Any ideas why I'm seeing this message? I really don't want to deal with Currys and the KnowHow team, since I've had a bad experience with them.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
