sir, with due respect i beg to state that my laptop was accidentally burnt and it is just months old and it is under extra 2 years adp pack. inspite of having such warranty package hp cancelled my adp request and didnt help me anywhere. i am total helpless. i am very disappointed with hp service. please,  provide me justice and good treatment at least. when i bought my laptop, hp service said that if you completed adp registration, your laptop is safe. but, now hp is just ignoring and saying NO on face.  very unfortunate.

sir, i cordially request you to intervene and help me out from this problem. i am totally helpless and gradually losing my faith on hp. please help me.
