regarding dissatisfaction of service

in the month of jan-09 u ve offered that along with notebook u vl be providing phillips home theatre system..Because of this offer they asked me to send courier charges butt till now m getting mail that they vl contact me as soon possible...its already 9 mnths gne from the purchase date im getting same mail agn and agn....[text removed] So i thought to mail u now informing dissatisfaction in service.......
