If your smart you will not shop HP or buy an HP product. You have a very limited time to make a return or exchange so don't expect great customer service because you won't get it here. Also the links they provide for support are broken and you cannot access the site via the return link on the invoice. I will never purchase an HP product and I will tell my friends not to either.
