Product: HP - 17z Laptop

A bit frustrated with the shipping. I ordered a laptop in November and my estimated delivery keeps getting pushed out. We're looking at after Christmas, and school will be back in session. I paid the extra "2-4" day shipping which I must say is very misleading and incredibly frustrating when delivery dates keep getting pushed out. I'm ready to cancel the order and request a full refund at this point and buy elsewhere.
