Is there a provision to ship HP custom made laptops from the United States to Dubai?

I'm interested in buying an HP Spectre x360. I want to customise it and get it here to Dubai. Is it possible fro HP to ship it directly to Dubai?

I tried this before as well. I manage to reach thier support hotline number but was instructed that they can only sell HP products within US. If I want I can go to the nearest HP store here in our country. My only concern is the pricing. Its much more cheaper in the US compared to my countrys pricing. Unless you have a relative who lives in US he can ship the computer to you.
