Hello, this afternoon I had called hp about my battery still not working past 2 and a half hours after sending it in twice and I wanted a refund for my laptop because it is not even a year old yet and I am having all these issues. I was told that I would not be able to get a refund and that I would be sent another battery for an in house fix. I want to know if there is any way I can still ask for a refund because I am not satisfied with my product and the fact that I had to send it in twice with the problem not being fixed.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
