here is my concern.

 

I request for service last friday since my product is still under warranty but is going to expire within 14 days. 

 

As promised by first line support agent, i will get a call back within 24 hours. So i wait until this Monday.  And I did not get any call back. So i contact the support again, same thing. They repeat same questions asked by previous agen and promised me that within next 24 hours i will get call. And this is due to weekend. Fine, this is reasonable.

 

I wait another 24 hours and still no calls. I contact them again. Same story. they keep asking same question and ask me to wait another 24 hours. what the serive provided by HP? Are they try to defer my service request and someday my warranty expired and i have to pay service fee? Is this the way HP doing business?

 

OK. I wait another 24 hours. Today is Wednesday. Peoples, have you see how many hours i have been waitting for the call? And this thing still not happen??? Can you believe it? It is ridiculous. And this time the agent promise me it will happen within next 24 hours? 

 

 

I am asking for the opinion from people here, what should I do next? 

 

I hope you will rethink about my experience with HP before you purchase any product from HP.

finallly somebody called me just few mins ago. and they promise to fix the problem.

I will wait and see if they can be trusted this time.
