Attempting to post a question and I keep getting the message "The message tags contain In, which is not permitted in this community. Please remove this content before sending your post." My first attempt to post had nothing in the message tag box and so then I tried annding something. I just keep getting that message. I don't know whether I've ever gotten my question to post. Very aggravating when added to the problem with my printer in the first place!!

Hi,
Could you please be more specific and provide like a screencapture with everything you're attempting to write at your topic?
I got this error once when I inserted "HP" at the Product field - that field and the OS one will generate a tag.

hey guys,
We are seeing a few users reporting this issue, but we are unable to reproduce the error on Internet Explorer 11, Chrome and Firefox. While we continue to invistigate...
I would recommend clearing Cache in your browser, trying a reboot, and possibly a different browser if you have one installed.
We are continuing to investigate and will implement fixes if we find an issue.
Thank for posting about this.

Wow! After a day of frustration, searching for solutions, you fixed the problem. I didnt' fill in the product partthis time and I was able to post my problem. I did choose an operating system and that didn't affect my post. Thank you!!

Thanks to another person who pointed out the parts of the message that generate tags, I was able to post my real problem. My current browser is Edge but I also tried with Internet Explorer. The tags problem did not occur when I did not identitfy my product in the field it is requested in.

Really glad you were able to post @Judy27, we didn't change anything on our side so it must have been something you did.
Glad it worked, but we are still investigating why this is happening.

If it helps, the only thing I did different that allowed my post to load, was not fill in the product name field. "BasicallyIdowork" wrote and said that field the the operating system field generate tags. Without the product field filled in the same post I'd tried over and over again to post went through fine. Now if I can just get a solution to the original problem, I'll be thrilled. (Multi-colored stripe down right side of page)
