Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have username koidera and there is an email associated with that account. I had opened a thread also https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Software-and-How-To-Questions/how-identify-driver-should-inst... initially when I posted thread it was marked spam. I replied on some icon on forum which said if it is marked spam you can reply here.

Upto here it is all ok,I logged out also. 

I have all my username passwords saved in browser and separate text files saved on my desktop.

So next day I check email I get a notification Here is a screenshot.

so you can see I have got email.

 

When I wanted to check message the forum login page did not accepted my username and password.

I tried a lot to login reset password but each time it gave me error that username not found.Account does not exist.

So I created a third account with this username. I wanted to know what is the problem in my login,

so I am posting this here. Some one who can help me with account login  please see

username arbit_user

username koidera

username koid32 

all are on same email address.

I had to create them because the login page did not accepted my login.So what is  problem here?

The forum URl I see at my end is https://h30434.www3.hp.com/
