HP Deskjet 3760
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've bought a deskjet 3760, and I've got some problem with it, but I can't contact the support because the warranty results expired. I've sent evidence of the invoice to clear this erroneous assumption, but after one week the ticket is still open with no news available. They advertised ONE woking day to solve this....

Will they respond sooner or later?
