warranty issues for a Dual mode mouse

I recently bought a wireless mouse from an online retailer, But I couldn't claim my warranty with HP using my serial number. Later, I was able to check the warranty using product number and serial number, and the warranty has been started from the month of import of the product. I bought it in December 2020 and the warranty started from December 2019mouse.png



what should I do to claim my warranty? Still cant find the product in warranty check using serial number.
