HP Recommended

 I was looking to buy the new hp envy 13 and I found out that it was 100 euro less expensive on the student store in the Netherlands. But I'm from Belgium and I cannot find a student store for Belgian customers... there is no possibility to buy it on the dutch store and get it delivered in Belgium.. 

 

Can anyone help me with this?
