The community team is pleased to announce the redesign of the HP Support Community! This is the most significant redesign in the history of our community – which is fitting, considering that the community’s 10th anniversary is coming up in November.
Here are the biggest upgrades to the community:
Responsive design Whether accessed through a computer, tablet, or smartphone, visitors will now have a consistent experience across all devices
Dynamic customized homepage With that responsive design comes a homepage that is customized to each visitor – whether it’s aseasoned Expert, a casual member, or a brand new visitor
Improved search capability Our search engine has gotten a major overhaul, including auto-complete, and the ability to do multi-platform search, such as web content and YouTube videos
Expanded filtering options More filtering and sorting options have been added to the boards to help people find posts more easily
“I have the same question” button By popular demand, a “I have the same question” button has replaced the “Kudo” button on the original post, which will help surface top issues
