Product: HW540

Have HW540 headsets that do not work with adapter P/N 38099-01. Is this adapter incompatible with these headsets?

Hello tjkrz, welcome to the HP Poly community.
Unfortunately, P/N 38099-01 is not compatible with the HW540, please check for the P/N 26716-01 as it is compatible with the headset.
