error "Head printer  damage", All in one printer.

I asked support via telephone last 3rd october, telling me a HP tech support  will contact me in order to fix my printer and I am still waiting.

 

Is this normal or HP is not attending the support request considering my printer was under warranty by the time of the request?

 

My Product number is: CQ176B

Model                              B11a

Serial number: [removed for privacy]

Number support service given by the operator: [removed for privacy]
