speak to a supervisor as though they don’t have one. This type of service is unacceptable.
The service I have received from this company is nothing more
than being treated like a dog. I constantly have to wait every 2 hours for some
representative who’s in INDIA or the PHILLIPINES or some other foreign country where
they don’t care or have any concern for the consumers that buyers these
product. My first printer was horrible, after two weeks it just died on me. My
next one was better, until my printed paper to ink ratio (how much pages use up
the ink) was completely off by approximately 3,000 sheets to the ink that was purchase,
that’s when I decided “oh, well they could probably fix or even replace it”. As
soon as my SON answers EVERY time he answers they call him MA’AM or lady. Now
you tell me if that’s not disrespectful. And if you think that’s worse they
started asking 100 different questions that wouldn’t help me or affect my
situation at all. Finally they send me this new one, which is nothing but a
black piece of crap in a box. It won’t even fully setup due to alignment problems.
How can a company say they will send you a NEW and BETTER replacement, they
send you junk in a cardboard box. A certified used. They won’t even allow me to
