after buying a HP laptop from staples in Dec. sent for my 50.00 rebate

Jan, Feb.., Mar, go by I call spend three hrs. on phone being bounced from one place to anther

that tell me that have a check and it was cashed

they gave me an address to write and ask for a copy I did so on march 17 2012  no reply

May 25 called again  dragged around from place to place there was no one to help me.   so sorry from every one I spoke with

 HP rewards center tells me they will look into it  and I should call back in 10 days gave me a number

 18883855410 but you cant call it from my house!!!!!

so again I call and play ring around the block again   anther run a round with I'm sorry and I know nothing

when I insisted to speed to some one higher  he explain they sent out a copy of the check I asked for again.  but watt there saying

it was sent out before and now I have to watt 30 days before I can jump this hoop again ??

I think some one from HP needs to address this and get back to me as they will not give me someone to talk to or a number to call
