As you can see in the forum, I also received a response from HardBeatZ, and the same day I received an email from JeffHelp. He asked for more information and said he would pass it on to his colleagues. I responded with the requested information the following day and asked that he confirm receipt of my email. He confirmed receipt the same day. That was Dec 20 and 21, 2012. To this day [Feb 21, 2013] I have not heard from Jeff's "colleages".

 

If you could, please keep the forum updated with any future experiences you have.
