Purchased last April. Never gotten it to wireless print from laptop or iPad. Printer says it's connected and blue light is on. Spent 2+ hours with HP support. Person had control of my laptop and tried everything and gave up. Problem is...printer says "send me something to print", but when I search for the AirPrint on my iPad or ePrint on my laptop both say "NO PRINTER FOUND". Looked at my router, even reset it to factory settings and reconfigured it. No luck. Know router is working as that's how I posted this question. Any ideas other than return it to store?
