I thought I would share the worst experience with a company that I have ever had. Over the years I've bought only HP all-in-one printers. And like me and others in this forum I've had numerous issues with them. And I maybe different but i would just go by some more print cartridges or a new model printer, depening on the sale. I'm sure I'm not alone on this.
Well I'm tired of breaking printers and driver issues and print head issues on HP Printers. We also use that at work also. So we spend a great deal on HP Printers, ink cartridges, etc from this company. And I said we will try this company one more time. Before we switch to another company.
Well ii fill out the tech form, explian the problem. Get home that day and i have a HP customer support call me and leave a ticket number. I thought this is great, hopefullyt we can sort out all the problems and get things squared away. Well this number i gave toHolly, didn't match to my current one. It seems I did another tech claim a while back that they didn't take care of either.
So, We begin talking and I explain my problems. And I explain i like to try the best all-in-one printer they have. to see if it happens to give any issues after a few weeks of use. So that happens to be the "HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium e-All-in-One Printer". Since I had so many issues ii asked for a price break and from all the cartridges i purchased trying to get the failing black printing problem most everyone on here has.
And since we was going to restock the office with these if it had no issues. This was a win-win situation for HP, to make some big money. Well Holly said we can give you $50 bucks off the printer price. I said can you do anything better then that? Since iI got over $200 - $300 bucks worth of ink cartridges i bought trying to prime and fix the black on about all these printers we got from HP.
This is when Holly starts screaming into the phone at me like I'm a 12 year old kid. Sir, take it or leave it, if you don't want it, too bad, blah-blah. I'm like hold on lady, there is no need for that. After she finally calms down, I ask to speak to the supervisor. She then tries to to me off the subject. As i explained there was no call for that and if i spoke to my paying customers like that, they would leave my business and go some place else to do business at.
So, she then puts me on hold and I wait for about 6 minutes. She now claims to have told the supervisor that she yelled and tried to give me $50 dollars off a purchase. Now the problem isn't the $50 bucks now it was her attitude and screaming that I was conserned with. So i asked well what did he say, she replied back and said that is all he can do is $50 dollars and it sounds fair. I said, I'm not asking about the money issue, I'm asking about what he said about you screaming to me. She said he said he didn't care and that is all he can do.
I was like what do you mean? He doesn't care you yelled at me and acting unprofessional to me? That makes no sense what-so-ever. So again, I asked what is his name, so iI can talk to him then or even call back. She said i don't know his name?!?I asked you don't know your own supervisors name? So after 3 more minutes she fianlly thinks it is Daniel. But daniel isn't there but yet she just talked to him. I'm like really, that doesn't make any sense either. How do you talk to him and then he isn't there?
So, now she is getting ont he edge of coming unglued again. So again I ask for his full name and number with extension. Which she can't give as now she says she is just part time. Now that we have been talking for over 40 minutes and not covering any ground. I askj could he call me, and she says yes, she left a messege for him to call me. And I kindly tell her that I recorded the conversation, since she seems to be trying to deny what she did. she then says, sir,I have to go as you are recording me. I said you are recording me, what is the difference? She hangs up.
Well it has now been 2 weeks and no call from anyone at Hp nor Daniel. If there is even a Daniel there. So, I guess they don't honestly care who they hire and how rude they are at HP. So, i'm now going to try another brand and if it works great, thent he office will be stocked with those printers now. Honestly wished Hp would care about the end users and check the part time tech help there.
