I bought this 800+ dollars i7 laptop in August. In December I noticed couple of cracks in the body of the computer. So I called the custoer service to see if they can fix it. When I sent them the computer it was in perfectly working condition. But when I received it back after a month or so (They rejected my claim to fix it) the whole computer was not working at all. I called them again to get it fixed (Not knowing that they blamed me for all) they toldme that the damage is an accidental damage and the whole hard drive and mother board is gone and we can't get it fixed..

I fought till today at various level of custoerm reps/ Case managers.. but everybody is rejecting telling me that was my fault only. How stupid I was that I trusted those guys and lost my 800 bucs...

Does anybody have this kind of experience? I dont know what to do next. {Content Removed: legal discussion} I don't have any proof that when I sent the laptop it was working other than the Photos I took for the damage in the hard drive and it is not working now...

Please help me if you can...

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
