HP employee lied about fluid inside my notebook.

HP Status as of 12-20-11 I have been waiting and trying since 05-18-11 (The good news is: I do not have use small claim court. How about Fraud?)

08-24-11 I have been trying and waiting since May, .2011

HP Supervisory Promise

He will send my claim on both computers to the escalation team. He promises a response in 24 to 48 hours. 08-24-11 HP Claim

Costco Customer Service Claim Number: 3040429 -2 phone calls with Costco witnesses. On the first call, the man yelled at me repeatedly that he had pictures of

my fluid filled Pavilion dv6t-3200. Even though I bought two. It turned out that my computer had never even reached him. He voided my warranty, with out cause.

There is no fluid in either of my dv6ts; it is easy to tell. He sent them back in pieces.

representative. Costco has the claim #s, and the multiple promises to fix the
problem.

lie and voided my warranty, then sent laptops back in pieces was heard on
conference call by Costco reps., twice.
