Thanks, however HP Support refused to respond so......your obvious wicked high intelligence (not bs complement) compelled the inference that your pro HP position combined with experience I lack, might similarly compel you to be kind enough to steer me in the right direction...that's all. Please accept my sincere a[preciation for your time and kind reference.

Bottom line is HP Case Manager "Barbara" who admitted treating customers unfairly and breaching implied contract covenant of good faith and fair dealing (see below) requires me to use the free filing fee waiver to (disability SSDI financial status), sue her and HP in Suffolk County Superior Court next week if I cannot reach her superiors which shall cost HP unnecessary Attorneys fee's and costs (but cost me nothing as I usually correct wrongs this way). I have proven that HP Support email plocess is not capable of bringing a meritorious grievance to the highest level of HP staff that the violation of thousands of HP customers rights warrants. Thanks agai !

My Respect,

Mike DuPont

ps. Someone who refused to provide employee ID number or last name who went by first name "Barbara" called me from a

800 HP number to inform me she was as high as I could ever get in HP chain of comment at her title of "Case Manager" and

she told me HP was never responsible because the printer boxes fine print list contents and if that list did not include a rectangular plugUSB

cord but only included a square plug connection cord, despite the box saying the p[rinter was "Windows 7 ready" to print and contained a

"connective resource cable", HP was not responsible to purchaser that Staples had misled by verbaly promising the printer was ready for

immediate Christmass morning set up with new HP computer, and despite the factRevere, MA.,  Staples never places Printer Boxes on showroom

floor (to prevent shoplifting as many staples only place example printers on showrrom flood (keeping boxes of full printers on shelves either

in back storage room or 25-30 feet above the floor on high wall shelves, HP expects purchasers to know what is on the box they cannot see

until store employee helps them go through checkout counter with expensive full computer and printer and upgrade Windows 7 professional softwear.

When I asked if she would pass on suggestion HP notify customers on box in large print they must purchase USB cord to connect HP printer to HP computer to treat consumers fairly but "Barbara" would not pass on that suggestion and refused to suggest to higher HP staff that HP should place correct connection cord in printer box as my prior HP printer boxes contained USB's (without conferring with superior HPStaff).

pps.  HP online support chat function states it is unavailable at this time and as my previous message states the HP Case Manager "Barbara" has decided that I am not allowed to bring my grievance or positive suggestions to any HP Staff above her level (which she described as the highest level available) without resolving the problem.

Sincerely,

Mike DuPont
