I wish to complain to HP about their 'tech service technicians'.  Upon calling for help yesterday,

I got a (foreign) tech (#$%^*).  He asked what kind of computer I had and I responded that it was

a 'desk top' model.  He next wanted to know the model number (??), and when I asked where

I could find that.. HE HUNG UP!!!!!!!  This isn't the first time I've had problems with your tech

service.. and frankly, would never buy another HP computer!  Either you can not understand them

clearly, or they give you bad tech advice, or say they need to check with someone else and never

come back to the call.  I hardly think I am the first person to say I won't waste my time again.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
