sir i have purchased external hp dvd writer(1260i) with one year warrenty from an authorised hp shop

now it does not read any cd or dvd & it is in warrenty period . i want to repair or replace the product .

 

sir i also went to  E-48/4 ,E-44/2 OIA ,OKHLA, SALCON BUILDING-JASOLA,C-4 RAJOURI GARDEN but they said that "we ddo not deal with desktop and its peripherals ,we only repair laptop and tablets.they send me towards each other

"i.e. okhla to jasola, jasola to rajouri garden & again rajouri garden to okhla"

but nobody solved my problem.

 

so 

sir please tell me the proper service center address & contact no. in delhi & help me to solve the problem
