I purchased a hp C310a All-in-one photosmart on April 1, 2011. (should of known better, April 1?). Anyway, it took me 4 hours hooking it up. Uninstalling, installing. Finally, got to print a test page and photo and they were great. That is the last photo that was great! I kept thinking that it was me, that I couldn't quite figure this printer out. Well I can read. I have done everything any tech could ever think of to make this defective printer work. I have used two complete sets of ink cartages, all colors since April 1 2011 and I changed the last ones May 28, 2011. The photo tray works 1/2 the time and you have to manually pull the tray back to release it. A lot of the time the photo tray will not feed at all.
I have e-mailed and called about this and all that was said is they will" turn my tracking number over to hp head office". So I wait.
It is now June 1, 2011 and I have heard nothing.
I did get on line to complain once again and found this site. pages and pages of complaints about this printer, alone.
This junk piece should be recalled! I have asked for a refund. What do they want to do? Send me another printer just like the one I just bought. Seriously? It's a defective piece of junk, why would I want another one? I want one that works!
