I have bought this computer from HP in the US and traveled to Brazil, only to find that HP DOES NOT HAVE WORLDWIDE COVERAGE for its PCs.

I wouldn't need WORLDWIDE COVERAGE if the product was actually reliable, but within one week of using the computer, its screen stopped working and I couldn't use the computer at all. Now, it has been 3 MONTHS and HP still has not solved my problem or given me a reasonable answer on how to deal with this. I wonder if they really care for their costumers as much as they say they do.

This post is just to say that if you plan on buying the same model, beware. It only lasted for a week in my case. I bought the computer to do some work on and I have lost plenty of time trying to get a solution from HP US or HP Brazil, which should be basically the same thing, but apparently not.

HP has not found a reasonable answer from my problem and has not been of ANY HELP in 3 MONTHS. Maybe a user here in this community has a better solution.

Thanks to anyone who has read this and feels my pain.

Kind regards,

Gabriel

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
