I haven't received the yellow cartridge. Trying to find the right number to call or the right email to use in virually impossible for me on this site. I've been putzing around on it since my first post and yours is the first response I've received. Thank you.

 

I have hearing problems and using the phone is not one of my favorite things in life. Nevertheless, I tried to find a number to call and couldn't unless I wanted to be shunted around all day, whch I wasn't willing to endure.

 

Since it was next day service, I expected it to be sent FedEx and have it dropped at my door (my mailbox is down the road), but nothing has shown up either at my door or in my mailbox.

 

Frankly, I'm quite tired of trying to deal with HP, but I'm stuck being on a fixed income. If you, dear lady, could expidite my order, I would much appreciate it.

 

I did finally register the printer (my computer is another matter for another day), but I had to estimate the purchase date, not being the most organized fellow in the world.
