HP Director will NOT open

 

HP is VERY rude when you call - two reps even wanted to get me on SEX TALK LINE - YES I said SEX TALK LINE.  One actually switched me to it

 

STILL no help getting HP Director to open

 

Any help????

 

I downloaded S/W from HO - Windows XP Pro OS

HELP!!!
