I called HP Support and after running several tests, the Tech Rep said I had a defective motherboard that was on recall and made arrangements for me to send the unit in. I did and sent it to Irving, TX and all they did was reload the OS and sent it back. I called immediately and this Tech Rep said that the story about the recalled motherboard was not true and I come to find out I have in-home service which was not even considered on my first call. Someone dropped the ball and this needs to be looked into. I've had HP products for many years and this incident has left me very disappointed. I do have a service man coming on Friday, but if the problem had been diagnosed properly the first time, this would not be necessary.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
