I was promised a replacement  for the ink cartridges ordered on the 4th of january which never arrived and I amd still waiting for the replacement!! This is very bad service on your part.

 I have never waited this long when ordering  hp364 ink cartridges from any other retailer.

You were quick enough to take payment for the goods -so much for HP Total Care!!

 

Be good enough to expedite my order number 1223-2061143-005 or refund my payment of £27.97
