http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Hardware/How-do-I-get-to-speak-to-a-supervisor-who-can-actually...

My mother who is 87 and has had several hp products has had a terrible time with her last purchase.  When it was just over a 1 year old the mother board went out and it was replaced under warranty.  Now, 8 months later that mother board has also gone out.  She has all of the proper surge protection and even unplugs when a storm approaches.  Something is faulty with the mother boards or with the machine, but I can get no one who will listen to me. She only signed up for phone support by accident when she renewed her support, but I feel that HP should stand behind their products better than this.  I would not feel so frustrated if I could speak to a supervisor who can actually deal with the situation.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
