I am very unhappy with hp  I bought a hp notebook in april of 2011  have had nothing but problems with it..would have taken it back but I bought it at a Future shop in Lethbridge and I live about 4 1/2 hours away.....So I was told to phone hp   which I have done I spend an hour on the phone yesterday september 12th 2011 an hour this morning april 13th and now another good hour   .......with no answer to my problem  my computer refuses to let me play price is right.....they tell me the server is not letting me play and nothing they can do.......which is a crock I have another computer sitting beside me playing the same game with no problem.....and by the way is an acer.....This computer crashes screen goes black with lines I lose all my connection with my game  ..........I am very disappointed with the reception I have had from your support staff.........rude.....I told the man who was suppose to help me to have his boss supervisor PHONE me I am still WAITING...............{Personal Information Removed}
