 recently got a compaq presario from
a friend.it has windows. Vista installed on it.
my wireless card is not comparable wit it but is
with windows xp. I called tech support. I waited 10 min and no help. So I call back and with in five mine I get connected to printers I state that I need tech support.im having an instalation problem I get connected to laptop dept it now been 20 min. Finally I get to tech support lady times time to get my info and say I dont have a valid warranty I say can any one help me. She says yes it been 30 min she say I get someone to help u but it gunna be ten min it took her five min just to type my problem . The guy she transfer me to plies to me that I got the wrong windows. Xp cd and 15 bucks they can assit me for 15 a. Month n helps solve the problem. I decline m getting upset its been 55 min. I sT sir can u assit me or u not gunna answer my question he continue to press the 15 monthly charge on me I said no. I told him I was upset and disapponted at the tech services he attempt to provide I said I want a number or address to write because of the MIScommunication. I told him good bye. He start talon so I listen before I could finsh responding he hung up in my ear . How is that a professinal act. I didn't know hp hires such people as him. Also feel as a potential customer I was let down by hp the brand and the professionalism in which they attempted to assit me. Not. Much I can do for a total lack of respect in my opinion. Are employees allowed to treat potential buyers with such disrespect and lack of professionalism even if the potential buyer is upset for the amount of time spent on the phone with not 1 legitament answer be cause he refuse to spend 15 bucks wow.!!
