Hello Team HP,

I am your customer from india. I have purchased HP Pavilion dv4-2103tu Notebook PC two years before.
I have got very dissatisfying experience at your service center in Dadar for my laptop repair.

Initially (Mid-May 2012) when i have submitted the laptop for repair for first time at service center(Case ID #: 4640475096). service center come up with the solution of "MOTHERBOARD replacement". The problem with the laptop was that i was unable to get powered on.
I respected their proposal and done the replacement as per your advice and paid you Rs. 18000/- ($450) (approx) for Motherboard (SPS-PCA SYSTEM BOARD UMA PAV) and Battery.
When I got my laptop back (Mid-July) after replacing with new Motherboard. I asked to Mr.. Junaid khan about the Windows7 installation as laptop was not in condition to operate and he gave me the excuse that he don't work on software part and told me that please do your Windows7 installation by yourself and I agreed with him and trusted his advice. He gave me one small piece of paper where the instructions were give about how to restore Windows7.

Later when I tried to install Windows7 at my home, I found that my restore setting was not working properly.
I tried to format the laptop and install new copy of Windows7 in my laptop but i started getting "BLUE SCREEN" problem
I shown my laptop to the nearer dealer for Windows7 installation but that guy was also got the same problem. He advice me to revisit the your service center.
I came  at service center (Mid-sept) with this problem (Case ID #: 4642008129) and you come up with "Processor" replacement which worth Rs.20000/- ($500) (approx).

This was really shocking to me.
Because I haven't even operated laptop a single time. I was just trying to install the Windows7 on repaired laptop. When I shown it to you.  service center come up with "processor" replacement.
There is zero possibility that processor will get damaged.

This clearly means to me that,
1) There was problem with processor already but service center haven't told me about it.
2) They could have done mistake in checking while repairing it first time and giving me back laptop which was not in operating condition after replacing motherboard..
3) There could be mismatching of replaced Motherboard and existing original Processor.

Please help me in this situation  :smileysad:

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
