Product Name: Spectre x360 4102d
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just bought a new Spectre x360 4102d last week. Luckily when I tried to close the lid after starting the laptop for the first time, it failed to go to the sleep mode. Instead, the power button light stayed stable, as the fan still made a sound. When I reopened the lid, the display was pure black, while the F5 key's light was on. A few minutes later, the laptop shut down by itself. When I restarted, it went to the recovery mode.

Such things happened several times later. I had to contact the support. The lady on the phone remotely changed some of the power settings, such as disabling closing the hard drive. After the settings, such thing happened much less, but still happened.

Then another lady on the phone told me to completely reset the laptop and I did so. Still happened. When I spoke to the first lady who talked to me a day after, she did those changes again remotely and also updated the BIOS. All I can say is that after so many times, the situation is rare to be seen but still happens randomly, especially after I installed a program, played a game which may cause the fan sound crazily, as well as opened a lot of tabs on Chrome.

I also tried push the power button instead of closing the lid, but same.

This model is Windows 10 pre-installed, which means I can't just "downgrade" to Windows 8 to solve the problem. The laptop is still within the return period, and I really have thought about returning it for several times. But since I bought it from Best Buy with a $300 discount and it really has a lot of advantages compared to the machines with similar prices. I really don't know what to do.

Can somebody tell me what to do? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
