I have never been so upset with HP.  I received my computer March 03/02/2012.  It would not let my HP8500 set up.  I had to call in and they had to download drivers and softwares.  I was on the phone for two hours.  They finally got it to work.  I have called back almost every day since I got it.  It's been one thing after a another.  This morning I called because it would not work my Office 2007.

It took over an hour to get it corrected.  He noticed that I had error for USB said he would transfer over to HP computer.  Again I was on the phone for another two hours.  He download all sorts of stuff.  When that did not work he said he would have to do a recovery and he could not guarantee that would work.  I have been downloading  and transferring all of my files from my old computer to this and now I will lose everything again.  I can not hook up external drive to it because the USB's do not work.

I asked to speak with supervisor or case manager.  He kept telling me that he had do this before he did that.  I have spent $900.00  on a computer that already is having so many problems.   This does not make sense.  I have told them to pick it up.

All my products in my home and business are HP.  I am beginning to wonder if it is time for me to change to different brand.

We are kept on the phone for hours, we are loosing time and money.  Can't nothing done.  Than you have the one's that you can barley understand and have to keep repeating yourself over and over. I don't understand how companies expect to survive with this kind of service.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
