Hello Sir,

 

I do understand that it is a technical help platform.

 

I tried all the service support options , I called them , mailed them am in touch of every body but am able to get the ans of my single question that when I can get my device.

 

Thats why I am here.

 

One more thing we can fight with technical problems but how to fight with service problem????

 

I am here because I think I will find atleast one person in HP who is doing his job.

 

Today is 16th day .
