If you buy a high end HP desktop computer & it does not function properly what do you do? You call HP 75-80 times & they schedule hardware replacements with geriatric techs that don't even know where the start menu is on your computer. One goes thru this three times. HP says, send us your computer, we'll fix it in our shop with geriatric techs that we know still have their faculties about them. They get to your home & you have to help them get around the computer. That is award winning customer service. Let's not pay young computer geeks the money they deserve let's rob geriatrics of their dignity by putting them in embarassing sitiuations like mine today. The old guy was about to pull the last gray hair he had left because he did not know what he was doing. I am 18 days short of 60 years old. The computer world is not my business. I use the the two HP computers I own but they are the worst in the business. I never thought I would but I am buying a MAC.
