As per the title, can anyone tell me how to stop this from happening please?  I do have Poly Lens installed.

Thank you for the 'AI-style' suggestion but I finally worked it out.  Turn the headset off and problem solved.

Hello, @FrenchFries1971, and welcome to the HP Poly community.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Poly Savi 8410.

 

Could you please update the firmware of the headset and also restore the settings to default on the Lens application? Once done, please switch off and switch on the headset to save the changes made.
