Anyone else buy a designer from HP that supposedly came with a 3-year Next Business Day Support, (5HB12H). I have been getting the runaround from HP trying to get them to add support to my account. Called numerous times, ended up with an escalation team in India. I have been on this for 4 months. Contact me if you have has similar issues. [Personal Information Removed]

Did you purchase the device directly from HP or from a vendor? It is possible the vendor did not register the warranty when they sold you the product.

Yes, it was bought directly thru HP. Warrantee was reason for buying from HP. Didn’t work out so well 😞
I have receipt from HP listing 3 year next business day support. Been trying to get it added to my account. I keep getting emails saying they are working on it. What is there to work on? Been 4 months.

Carepack registrations are sometimes a real test of patience and endurance. I have escalated your post to the moderators in the hopes that they might be able to engage someone from the support team. Also see this webpage, which contains a number to contact the Carepack registration team https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/carepackfaq

Still getting run around. Am I the only one? Been 5 months and my warranty is just about up. So much for HP being a company worthy of my dollars. Looks like I’m headed to Cannon. Or Epsom. It’s sad, I like my printer. I’ve wasted probably 20-25 hrs on this, you win HP. I’m excepting your fraudulent offers are just that.
