Product: CR652A

Originally error 21:13 Service Station. Replaced service station.

On boot up, unit came up with 2 Print heads and 3 x ink cartridges faulty.

Ordered Print heads, and Ink Cartridges. Found out ink cartridges changed to 72B and require firmware upgrade.

Completed firmware upgrade (1G_14_01_01.1).

Now keep getting "ink not for this Model"

All parts are genuine.

Not sure where to go from here
