Bom dia pessoal,

Tenho uma plotter Hp 500 , ela esta apresentando cod erro 79:04  ao enviar o trabalho para impressão.

Alquem pode me dar uma ajuda com este problema.

usually the error 79:04 on designjet 500 just before printing  is related to a defective or old print head .

You can try to perform a print head alignment is same error appears 79:04  check your print heads   in the menu   , ink , information, print head , to see the expiry date if more than 5 years .. replace     and usually its the black print head.

if you purchase a new print head be sure to have the latest firmware .. from hp

normalmente, o erro 79:04 no designjet 500 antes da impressão está relacionado a um cabeçote de impressão antigo ou com defeito.

Você pode tentar realizar um alinhamento da cabeça de impressão se o mesmo erro aparecer 79:04 verifique as cabeças de impressão no menu, tinta, informações, cabeça de impressão, para ver a data de validade se mais de 5 anos .. substitua e geralmente é a impressão preta cabeça.
