This is a new installation for our office.  How do we save email addresses when scanning to email?  We are scanning historical blueprints, one page at a time, and it would save a good amount of time to have an address book for office emails. Thanks!

Which printer do you have, some steps are different depending on model. There should be an icon called contacts or configured properly you can use LDAP to your mail server and get the contact list that way, if you have an LDAP server.

 

I would also point out that if you are scanning to an internal email you would be better off configuring scan to folder as it will be faster than email.
