Hi, I have a DesignJet Z6200.

Up until a few days ago, the printer was working fine but now I'm seeing the bands whenever it's blue color only on the Simple Bond paper. When I print on Polypropylene, no bands. Image attached. The sign on the left is simple bond paper. you can see the bands and up top, you can see that it's missing a blue band. The sign on the right is the poly paper. Both Blues are meant to be the same blue.

When I initially did a diagnostic printout, the cyan prints a band or two behind. (Image attached) The late printing occurs regardless of which paper I use. I have cleaned the printheads since then and no improvement.

I'm new at large media printing so I am not sure how to phrase my question or what other resources to use so I really would appreciate any help.

thank you!

You have serious dropout on the cyan printhead that if was not resolved with cleaning you will need to replace the cyan printhead.
