Banding on hp designjet 800 ps prints

I did the troubleshooting  and all seems okay and the colors in the boxes are perfect, but when printing I can notice horizontal lines (banding) showing on the prints. What could be the cause for this defect.

How can I post an image of the defect?

Take a picture of the plot and save as a jpeg and post as attachment or just paste to the body of your post.
