Hello, 

 

I have problem. When I want to change printhead, the carriage go to the left and, it seems to not detect the end of the run. 

So the motor continu to turn and it produce error : Carriage cannot move..

 

Strip encoder is clean and scan axis is lubrificate.

Make sure that the belt tensioner is working properly. Is the belt tight or loose?
