The black color cartridge does not work. I have full support on the support page, it has not helped and the cartridge is almost full. i have an account on Instant ink.

Try these steps -

 

1) Turn on the printer, if it is not already on. 
2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent.
3) With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the printer & wall. 
3) Wait for 60 seconds.  
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector. 
5) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

 

If the issue still persists, try cleaning the ink cartridges. Refer to step# 4 from here

 

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
